When we are in conflict with our partners, we feel acute pain, we long for things to get better. I specialize in helping couples who deeply care for each other but struggle with communication and conflict resolution, leading to feelings of disconnection and frustration in the relationship. My approach is collaborative, blending humor, directness, and authenticity with structured techniques and exercises. I work best with couples who are motivated to learn and grow together, open to feedback and introspection, and committed to strengthening their bond.
I have received training in the Gottman Method of couples therapy under the skilled supervision of Dr. Sheila Addison, LMFT, and training in consensual non-monogamy from the Institute for Relational Intimacy. I combine the science-backed tools and communication blueprints from the Gottman Institute with somatic therapy techniques to help couples improve their ability to manage conflict, learn how to be more in-tune with their body’s cues, explore boundaries and relationship agreements, and reignite sexual desire. Together, we’ll cultivate healthier communication and deepen your connection by improving your ability to vocalize your feelings and needs, with mutual respect and a focus on genuine partnership.
